2 Ways to Collaborate
-
1 - Art Licensing
I believe my art will be a great fit for your brand! Select artwork from my portfolio that you would like to license. If there is anything that you would like to change, we can make slight adjustment or colour change to suit your need. It can be an exclusive or non-exclusive artwork licensing for an agreed period and territory. I will retain the copyright to my artwork.
-
2 - Custom (Commission) Work
Let me know the project/idea you have in mind and we can discuss about how we can create the perfect art for your product/project! It can be a pattern, a spot illustration, or a full cohesive collection.

Let me first introduce myself!
Hi there, I’m Jenn!
I’m the artist & surface designer behind my brand - The Intended Space.
I’m known for my calming and soft artwork. I use pastel colors to create soothing visuals, with occasional pops of cheerful hues. I enjoy working with traditional mediums on paper, where many of my collections originate, inspired by playful explorations in my sketchbook.
Can’t wait to work with you!
Art Licensing FAQs
-
Art Licensing is when you, the brand (the licensee), “rent” a design (or sets of designs) from me (the artist/licensor) to print on your products for sale. I can get paid by royalties based on sales or a flat fee per design.
Art Licensing can be exclusive and non-exclusive for a set period of time in specific territory.
All these information shall be covered in a licensing agreement.
-
A non-exclusive license in art licensing grants you the rights to use the artwork for a specific product category (i.e. greeting card). Within the agreed period and territory (i.e. 2 years and USA), I (the artist/licensor) is allowed to license the same artwork to others for the same agreed product category and territory.
I retain the copyright and ownership of the design.
The fee of non-exclusive license is often lower when compare to exclusive license.
-
An exclusive license in art licensing grants you the sole rights to use the artwork for a specific product category (i.e. greeting card). Within the agreed period and territory (i.e. 2 years and USA), I (the artist/licensor) shall not licensing the same artwork to others for the same agreed product category and territory.
I retain the copyright and ownership of the design.
The fee of exclusive license is often higher than non-exclusive license.
